We can only take credit or debit information by phone. Please contact customer care at
Customer Care Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. ET
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. ET
Digital-only subscribers:
You can update your payment information online in My Account
If you are located outside of the US/Canada, please visit our Global Help Centre for assistance.
