Site not recognizing Pro Unlimited validation

Hi,
I created a dev site at https://staging2.fairviewestate.co.nz/ and generated a Pro Unlimited validation licence for it. So far so good.

I posted the live site at https://fairviewestate.co.nz/ and generated a new Pro Unlimited validation licence, but the site won’t recognize the licence.

I suspect that it is wanting the licence from the original dev site, but I didn’t capture that original licence number.

How can I validate my live site?

Hello Paul,

Thanks for writing in! You should be using the same license code since you have the Pro Unlimited license. Just make sure that you have already assigned the live URL of your site to the license. If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

thanks for your reply. The site is still not validating. Is it because I created a licence for a staging site first, before the actual live site?

Also, how do I find the licence number for each account?

You can get the Pro Unlimited license in your Themeco account.

are you saying that there is a single licence for ‘all’ of the sites under my pro unlimited account?

Hi Paul,

It seems that there’s a communication problem between your server and our server when you try to validate your staging area. Then when my colleague Ruenel try to validate it again, it went successfully without any issues.
