Vermont - The Green Mountain State

Vermont, the "Green Mountain State" is located in the New England region in the northeastern part of the United States. It is the smallest landlocked state in the US. The capital of the state is Montpelier which is also the least populated while Burlington is the largest city. This US state boasts the 2nd lowest crime rate in the country.
