Jerome Dookie

Mr. Jerome Dookie is the Chief Executive Officer of Caribbean Nitrogen Company Limited & Nitrogen (2000) Unlimited. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) - UK and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad & Tobago (ICATT).

Mr. Dookie is a finance professional with over twenty-five (25) years' experience in downstream energy, public practice, manufacturing, commerce and financial services. For the past thirteen (13) years he has been a key member of a senior management team responsible for the interests of four multinational shareholders of two world-scale ammonia production facilities located at Point Lisas, Trinidad. His major strengths are in administration, management information and effective communication.

He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary at McEnearney Business Machines (a member of the ANSA McAL Group of Companies), where he was responsible for the finance, accounting and administrative functions of the organisation. Prior to that, he was a Financial Accountant at S.M. Jaleel & Company Limited, where he played a key role in the management of the company's debt financing and working capital and was the main financial resource working alongside the export marketing team. Mr. Dookie also worked at Vishnu Maharaj & Co., Chartered Accountants, where he was afforded a wide range of experience in all areas and moved up the ranks from Audit Assistant, to Audit Senior, to Audit Manager.
