About this Initiative
In 2004 the Arts and Culture Program's geographical focus lies in the Caucasus (Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia), Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan), Mongolia, Iran, and Afghanistan. All initiatives and competitions of the Program in 2004 will target the above-mentioned countries exclusively. more

Call for Proposals: Program for Partnership
The Arts and Culture Program provides support to individuals and organizations in order to foster cross-border partnership and cooperation, and to contribute to intercultural dialogue and understanding. The Program seeks innovative ideas, projects and partnerships, which foster free expression, smooth exchange, and peaceful dialogue. Application deadline: March 14, 2004. more
