By this time the Rock N' Sock Connection were not getting along very well. Mankind left The Rock to pretty much take on the Hollys by himself in a title defense on RAW. Even with the odds stacked against him, The Rock looked like he would prevail until Triple H stormed the ring and delivered a Pedigree, allowing the Hollys to pick up the World Tag Team Championship.
