Secretariat of the Executive Board

The Secretariat of the Executive Board (DIR) is responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Board, which includes planning meetings; drawing up of agendas, checking documents prior to and after the meetings, drafting minutes of the meetings and taking care of the administration related to the Bank’s group for handling consultation papers.

 

The Secretariat is also responsible for coordinating the work on the Riksbank’s activity planning, budget and annual report. In addition, the Secretariat is responsible for carrying out various investigations and otherwise providing expert advice to the Executive Board and the departments.

 

Organisation

The Secretariat consists of 10 employees, divided into an administrative function and an adviser/expert function. Mithra Ericson is the head of this Secretariat.
