The low resolution images are saved in jpeg format (72 dpi), RGB. The high resolution images are saved in jpeg format (300 dpi), RGB. Download the images by:PC
Right-click on one of the files low resolution or high resolution and selecting "Save as…"

Click on the file and select "Download link to disk".
