Ingves: The economic situation
Governor Stefan Ingves gave a speech today in Malmö. In his speech he expressed his views on the economic situation and inflation prospects.
Portfolio Investments August 2006
Cross-border portfolio investment in August resulted in capital outflows of SEK 65.4 billion. The outflow is partly explained by Swedish investors’ net purchases of foreign debt securities, which totalled SEK 7.6 billion, and partly by foreign portfolio managers reducing their holdings in Swedish equity securities and debt securities by a total of SEK 57.8 billion.
Issuing of commemorative coins in 2007
At its meeting on 10 October, the Executive Board of the Riksbank decided that in 2007 a commemorative coin would be issued to mark the 300th anniversary of the birth of Carl von Linné (Carolus Linnaeus).
