On Friday, 10 March, Bill Westervelt, CEO of Crane AB, officially presented the new 1,000-krona banknote to Riksbank Governor Stefan Ingves. The new 1,000-krona banknote contains the motion security feature; you can see a picture of this by clicking on the link below. The Riksbank is the first central bank in the world to use this type of security feature on a banknote.
