The BIS's press office, located in Basel, is staffed Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1800 Central European Time. Outside of these times, please send an e-mail or leave a message at the telephone number below.

Information under embargo
The BIS releases most of its regular publications under embargo to the media. Details of how to access these publications prior to public release are sent via press alert. Recipients of BIS press releases are automatically notified of information released under embargo.
