The Learning Portal is available to all Active duty, civilian, reserve, and auxilliary members of team Coast Guard. The Learning Portal will provide a single point of access for any Individual Learning components in many forms, and will track student completion of any courses launched from the portal.

New Courses Scheduled

The following GMT Courses are on line at this time: The e-Sexual Harassment Prevention course; the Incident Command System 100 course; and the Substance Abuse Prevention Course (currently under limited testing)

An expanding catalog of self-driven courses that you can take from anywhere.

The ULDP provides self assessment and improvement tools for units and unit leaders.

The Enlisted Professional Military Education (E-PME), which replaces the Military Requirement (MRN) system, provides a continuum of leadership training based on successive pay grades, enabling Coast Guard enlisted personnel to acquire the knowledge, skills, and ability required for positions of greater responsibility within the organization.

EPME Study Guides are now available from Training Center Petaluma!

The Civilian Orientation Program gives new hires an overview of the Coast Guard mission and structure.

This web-based mentoring process helps employees to determine if a mentoring relationship is best for them. It guides the mentee through assessing his/her development needs, finding a suitable mentor from a dynamic database, and creating a mentoring agreement. It also supports the participants by providing just-in-time instructions and automated notifications for key activities.
