	The reproduction, copying, downloading, storage, recording, broadcasting, retransmission and distribution of any of the maps and digital data shown on this site is not permitted without prior written consent of Multimap.com. The user does not receive any, and Multimap.com retains all, ownership rights in the map information. The information is copyrighted and may not be copied, even if modified or merged with other data or software. The user shall not alter or remove any copyright notice or proprietary legend contained in or on the information.
	Multimap.com and its data providers make all reasonable efforts to ensure that information contained in our site is as accurate as possible. However, the mapping services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of effectiveness, completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Multimap.com shall have neither liability nor responsibility to any person or organisation with respect to any loss or damage arising from use of the mapping information on this site.

	Ordnance Survey Conditions of Use This map image contains Ordnance Survey information and is protected by Crown copyright under the Copyright Design and Patent Act 1988. Ordnance Survey products contain fingerprinting and coding protection techniques. Unauthorised reproduction infringes Crown Copyright and may lead to prosecution and/or civil proceedings. You are authorised to make one screen dump of the map image on the page for personal use. You must obtain prior written permission from Ordnance Survey for all other uses and/or copies made. 	Tele Atlas Conditions of Use Multimap is an authorized sublicensor of map data products (.the Products.) owned and created by Tele Atlas. You may not copy, reverse engineer, translate, port, modify or make derivative works of the map data products. You may not rent, disclose, publish, sell assign, lease, sublicense, market, or transfer the mapping products or use them in any manner not expressly authorized by this statement. You shall not derive or attempt to derive the source code, source files or structure of all or any portion of the mapping products by reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation or any other means. You shall not use the mapping products to operate a service bureau or for any other use involving the processing of data of other persons or entities. You do not receive any, and Tele Atlas retains all, ownership rights in the mapping products. The mapping products are copyrighted and may not be copied, even if modified or merged with other Products. You shall not alter or remove any copyright notice or proprietary legend contained in or on the Products. LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIABILITY. The Products are provided to you on an 'AS IS' and 'WITH ALL FAULTS' basis. You assume the entire risk of loss in using the Products. The Products are complex and may contain some nonconformities, defects or errors. Multimap does not warrant that the Products will meet your needs or expectations, that operations of the Products will be error free or uninterrupted, or that all nonconformities can or will be corrected. This Limited Warranty is non-transferable.
	Collins Bartholomew Conditions of Use Maps used on this site are owned by Collins Bartholomew Ltd., a fully owned subsidiary of HarperCollins Publishers Ltd. You may display the Content from this site on a computer screen, and print individual pages on paper (but not store on a computer system, photocopy, republish, transmit, sell or distribute without the prior written permission of Collins Bartholomew) for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are kept intact. Except as expressly set out above, you may not reproduce, republish, sell modify, distribute or in any way commercially exploit any of the map images without the prior written consent of the Collins Bartholomew.

Buying a map or leasing data grants no automatic rights other than the personal use of the product. Persons who wish to use OSNI mapping for anything other than personal use e.g., Value Added Reseller, Distributor or Educational, should contact OSNI for advice on the correct procedures to be followed.
	PSMA Australia Conditions of Use This spatial dataset incorporated in this product is the intellectual property of the mapping agencies of the State, Territory and Commonwealth Governments of Australia ("the Joint Venture Parties"), PSMA Australia Limited and, in the case of Cadastral Lite, the Queensland Department. It is provided with the permission of, and is the confidential information of, the PSMA and the Joint Venture Parties. Only PSMA Australia Ltd may grant any right, licence or authority to use the spatial dataset."
