Minutes

Executive board

The Executive Board usually meets every second week. Meetings to discuss monetary policy and set the repo rate are held eight times a year. The agenda for these meetings are normally published the day before the meeting and minutes of the meetings are published around two weeks after the meeting, when the minutes have been confirmed at the following meeting. These documents are only published in Swedish.

For the meetings designated as monetary policy meetings, that is to say, when the repo rate is set, separate minutes are taken, which include an account of the discussion preceding the decision. The date for the publication of these minutes (usually around two weeks after the meeting) is usually stated in the press release published in connection with the announcement of the repo rate. The press release and separate minutes of monetary policy meetings are translated into English.

General Council

The General Council of the Riksbank usually meets once a month. The agenda for the next meeting is usually published the day before the meeting. Minutes of the meetings are published after they have been confirmed at the following meeting. These documents are only published in Swedish.
