The Personnel Division

The Riksbank is a decentralised organisation, which means that responsibility for personnel issues lies largely with the line managers. The Personnel Division coordinates these activities and works strategically with skills promotion for the Bank as a whole. This involves supporting the Bank’s managers in issues concerning recruitment, training, labour law and the work environment. In addition, the Personnel Division leads and coordinates the Bank's efforts to foster equality and diversity.
