A RIX Participant shall pay fees to the Riksbank in accordance with the price list the Riksbank applies from time to time. Fees shall be set on the principles of cost coverage and non-discrimination and, futhermore, shall be designed to promote the use of RIX for the gross settlement of large payment commitments. The fees are made up of fixed and variable portion.The Riksbank may charge a RIX Participant separately in a special procedure for development costs in connection with accession to RIX or the development of new services, or for other costs not included in the basis for fee-setting.
Fees for Domestic Payments are set by the Riksbank and the fees for TARGET payments are set by the ECB.
