DAI Europe provides international development and transition consulting services to bilateral and multilateral donors, governments, and enterprise, banking, and finance clients throughout the world. Founded by Graham Bannock as Bannock Consulting Ltd. in 1984, we became fully integrated with the DAI group in 2006 and changed our name to DAI Europe Ltd. For more than 20 years, we have been providing innovative solutions to complex development and transition problems in public sector governance and private sector development and finance. Recently, we expanded into conflict mitigation and recovery, agriculture and rural livelihoods, and finance work.

We are a European firm, based in London. We have 40 permanent staff, 20 full-time associates, and more than 100 long-term project associates. We are an integral part of one of the largest development consulting companies in the world-the DAI group. We bring the massive talent, resources, and project management and support systems of the DAI group-active in 55 countries-to our European government and private sector clients.

We develop tailored solutions for our clients, underpinned by proven approaches and methodologies in areas as diverse as the platform approach to public sector reform, functional reviews, change management, small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) finance and microfinance, and credit scoring.
