To create a custom section, just follow these steps:

1. Click Edit this personalized page (or Create a personalized page if you haven't yet created a personalized page).
2. Click Add a custom section.



3. Enter the keyword(s) you'd like to use to create your custom section.
4. Click the Advanced link.
5. Select the language of your choice from the Language drop-down menu.
6. If you'd like to narrow your customized section results to include only stories from a particular section, select that section from the Section drop-down menu.
7. Choose the number of stories you'd like to display in this section.
8. Click Add section.

Note: You can mix and match both standard and custom sections from the regional editions and the language editions of Google News. You can have a total of 20 sections at once, including any combination of standard and custom sections.

The example above will create a new section on your homepage about soccer, in Spanish. This section will display seven stories and will be labeled "Fứtbol."
