Largest Cement Company in MENA Region to be Established
Taking into consideration the high demand for cement in countries such as Libya and other Arab states, Gulf Finance House (GFA), the leading Islamic investment bank with a track record for innovation announced Tuesday plans to create CEMENA, which is set to become one of the largest cement companies in the Middle East and North Africa.

Libya signed Wednesday a 70 million Dinar ($59.68 million)contract with Alcatel-Lucent aimed at building a WiMax network in the country.
