Printing Issue: Printing random articles causes the Britannica program to crash

Issue:
The Britannica program locks-up when attempting to Print artices. The application may suddenly lock-up when the print command is invoked. This can happen using the Print button, the Print option from the File menu, or by right-clicking on an article and selecting the Print option.

Cause:
Unknown

Resolution:
Currently, there is no solution for this printing issue. Although, there is a workaround if you need to Print a particular article that is causing the Britannica software to crash. Simply follow the instructions below to print the problematic articles:

1. Open the article that you want to print. The article will open in the Workspace area. Right-click on the article and select the "Save As" option.

2. Rename the article and click the "Save" button. Be sure to save the article as an ".html" file onto your Desktop.

3. Minimize the Britannica program by clicking the "minimize" button in the upper-right corner of the screen. Double-click the ".html" file on your Desktop to open.

4. Once the file is open, you can print the article using the Print command.
