Issue:
Due to a manufacturing error, some of 2007 software titles that were shipped have a serial number that are unreadable. The serial number is located on the back of the jewel case.

Resolution:
In order to install and register your 2007 Britannica software, please use the following serial number:

Britannica 2007 URS DVD - B7DA2ARA00034017

Britannica 2007 Deluxe CD - B7BA2ARA00034017

Britannica 2007 Children's CD - B7LA2ARA00034017

When entering this number during installation, please type it in exactly as it is shown above. Please do not enter any spaces or punctuation.
