A bit of history....
The definitive history of the BSA medsoc group remains to be written. Although the then convenor, Hilary Homans, called for volunteers in the 1986 Register, nobody stepped forward! Writing such an history would be a fascinating project, but this is beyond the capabilities of the humble souls who produce the website. However, we offer some source material that will help the interested reader to piece together some of the main elements. We have included some extracts from past editions of the Register, as well as contemporaneous articles and a few brief notes written especially for this section of the site.
