Gaddafi: Iran, Germany Need to Join Powerful Alliances to Face Today's Challenges

Germany, Iran and other relatively powerful European countries cannot face today's world challenges and feel secure unless they join other nation-states and form alliances such as the EU, ASIAN and the African Union, the Leader of the Revolution Muammar Al-Qathafi said on Wednesday.

In speech at the Tunisian 7th of November University, Al-Qathafi underlined the need for small nation-states to unite and enter alliances similar to those of the EU, ASIAN and the United States of America.

Al-Qathafi mentioned the examples of Yugoslavia and Iraq where the nation-state failed to preserve its security and integrity when faced with outside challenges and aggression. The former was completely disintegrated and the latter is still being subjected to oppression and awful punishment and without help or someone to stop the aggressor.

In the case of Iran, Al-Qathafi said, "despite what Iran says about its nuclear program and its haughtiness, in the event of a decision against it, it may face the same fate as that of Iraq." The reason is that the challenges are beyond Iran's ability to face, he added emphasizing the need for small states such as Libya and Tunisia to support the African Union and be a part of an alliance that could protect them.

The major decisions such as these, Al-Qathafi said, are made by great spheres of power such as the US, EU, China and Russia who can influence the Security Council resolutions.

"The nation-state is dying whether in Europe, Latin America, Asia or Africa and the reason is that it is unable to face today's challenges. The nation-state is now searching for secure place in order to survive by means of integrating with other similar nation-states in a single sphere such as the European Union, the African Union and ASIAN," Al-Qathafi said.
Comment:
Libyan leader Muammar Al-Qathafi is wise to address this issue at this point in time.

If the African Union does not continually move forward, working together to make a better, more unified and modernized Africa, the entire continent will be swallowed up by corporations, organizations and some predatory nations who hold great power in this world.

None of whom, by the way, have the best interests of African citizen's at heart.

Nations friendly to African member states should receive preferential treatment in matters of trade and diplomacy, with no apologies to the predatory nations for doing so.

May God's light continue to illuminate your path Col. Muammar Al-Qathafi.

Its yet a dream a challenge ,i personally hope to get in with the countries that agree with it and move swiftly with even two countries and hope others will follow suite a common agriculture policy would go down a treat and we might just feed a few a policing common policy where ak 47 become a thing off the past cutting the flow of armaments but then what happened in Kenya sometimes i think the sun might be too hot for the living peoples they are gone soft in the head. A more straight definition for terrorism and getting their supply's terminated all the gas all the petrol all the bananas coffee gold and diamonds etc yet all are poor and dissatisfy d bar for the fortunates.
