The statistics report the number of dwellings affected by larger renovations in multi-dwelling buildings. The term "larger renovations" refers to buildings in which, at the least, the plumbing system and the toilet and bathroom facilities are changed or conversions in which the number of dwellings or size of dwelling (according to number of rooms) is changed, for example, the renovation of loft space, adding of extensions or in which a non-residential building is converted into dwellings or vice versa.

It is not possible to present figures from 2007 due to ending of government subsidies.
