Interim Performance Reviews
Dear Colleagues:

The season of Interim Performance Reviews is upon us! As in past years, managers should meet with employees to discuss their progress toward annual performance goals. Beyond the interim review, additional meetings may be held on a more frequent schedule, as needed, and they are strongly encouraged in the case of employees who are failing to meet expectations. Training in performance review for new employees, management and non management, will be conducted on Wednesday October 22nd (Leavey 338), Wednesday November 12th (Leavey Program Room) and Thursday December 11th (Leavey 338).  All sessions are held from 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM.  Please ensure that all employees within your department who are new to Georgetown and who have not attended performance management training register at http:www12.georgetown.edu/hr/training_development/registration.cfm​.
