The second edition of the Best Workplaces list is published in the most famous business magazine in Japan, Nikkei Business, on 19th January 2008.
Great Place to Work® Institute Japan conducted surveys of employees and companies in 2007 and selected 25 companies using the Great Place to Work® Standard analysis and evaluation method.
Top 10 companies are ranked and the other 15 companies are listed alphabetically.
Participating in the list process is not just about winning. Participants who challenge themselves in improving their workplace also learn their workplace status and achieve better organizations.
