Meeting and event planners are responsible for purchasing a lot of client gifts and promotional items for their events. From pens, notebooks and lanyards used at seminars to apparel used to outfit trade show floor staff to small welcome and pillow gifts at a major event, there's a lot of "stuff" event planners need.
Many event planners turn to a promotional products distributor to help them navigate the million different items available to imprint an event name or logo. And event suppliers who provide such services usually attend one of of several promotional products trade shows to find out the latest and greatest.
