The 3rd Eye Vision Major Incident Management Application (MIMA) system is a multi-user emergency event tracker. Combining an integrated email client and contacts-management, MIMA offers powerful search and filter features, and facilitates a secure and reliable platform for the management of a major incident.

MIMA comprises two key areas: a secure and entirely independent system which updates key figures and agencies; and the public website, managed by the secure area, through which the public is kept informed.
