Employment Protection For LGBT Workers

Tuesday March 10, 2009
In an economy such as this, many people are concerned about losing their jobs. Decreased production, lay-offs and business closings are all real concerns for America's workers. But did you know that in some places you can actually be fired from your job, simply for being gay, lesbian, bisexual or trans and there is no legal recourse? L Word Last Episode

Sunday March 8, 2009
Tonight is the last L Word ever. After six years of loving her, hating her, or simply being annoyed by her, tonight we find out who killed Jenny Schecter. We also say goodbye to the object of everyone's lust: Shane, out lesbian actress Leisha Hailey who endears us as Alice, sexy Jennifer Beals as Bette and her wife Tina played by bisexual actress Laurel Holloman, plus other cast members Tasha, Kit, Helena and Max.

Every week for the past five years, I've been recapping each episode of The L Word. And I had planned to do the same tonight. But I find myself in an airport with a delayed flight to Chicago and I might not land in time to make it to the HRC L Word Party in Chicago. So, I need your help. Since I may not get to see the final L Word until I return home on Wednesday, this is your opportunity to send me your recap and opinions, so I can post them here for everyone to read. So, if you're watching the last L Word tonight and want to share your thoughts about it, email me and I'll post them here on Monday or Tuesday.
