Grades Information ruler
  • First year grades are expected to be posted on Student Access+ by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 4.
  • Grades are posted between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday as they are recieved.  
  • You may view your grades as well as the class grade distributions through Student Access+ by clicking on the Classes and Grades link, then clicking on Grade Report and selecting the appropriate semester.  If you have misplaced your NetID password, you may go to the Student Help Desk in the Library in Room 322C or come to the Office of the Registrar with a photo I.D. to submit a request to reset your password. New temporary passwords should be available within 24 hours and permanent passwords must be chosen by the student within 72 hours.
  • Final Grades are given on a letter system:
    A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, C, C-, D, F
  • The following numerical equivalents are assigned to each letter grade:

Blind Grading

  • Exam courses are graded on an anonymous basis.  The Office of the Registrar will mail exam numbers to students' local addresses several weeks before final exams.  This five-digit number is the only identifier you will put on your exam materials.
