Housing forecasts for the Washington region are still too cloudy to determine when the market will climb out of its funk. But new data suggest that consumer confidence is rebounding from the all-time low it hit late last year, and that the housing crisis is starting to bottom out. We explore the current climate for the regional housing market, and what that means for neighborhoods across the Washington area.
