Suspected "Craigslist Killer" Philip Markoff is reportedly on suicide watch in a Boston jail, being held without bail on murder, kidnapping and robbery charges in the brutal killing of an out-call Manhattan masseuse and the robbery of an alleged prostitute. But do authorities have the right suspect? "America's Most Wanted" host John Walsh weighs in for "The Insider."

"Authorities do think they have the right man. They're almost sure," John tells our own Lara Spencer. "They believe that this is a rookie serial killer: Someone who preyed upon women using the Internet to lure them where he needed to get them. Many serial killers start out with victims that they don't murder, working up to the murders."

Markoff, who was arrested on Monday, is accused of using Craigslist.com to lure in his victims. The New York Daily News reports that the engaged Boston University med student, whose fiancé Megan McAllister is standing by her man, had an alleged gambling addiction and was using robberies to finance his habit. But, according to police, when the masseuse, Julissa Brisman, fought back, he shot her with a pistol that he stashed in a hollowed-out copy of Gray's Anatomy.

Authorities say they have accumulated evidence in the case that includes panties from the victims found in the Boston-area apartment Markoff shared with his fiancee.

"Police think they have three women that were victimized by this guy, and I wouldn't be surprised if more come forward with more publicity," says John. "Police are looking for more information about this guy. They need to build an airtight case, so if you were a victim of this guy or you were contacted by this guy, go to police. You can remain anonymous, but they need to know how many victims there are out there to built this solid case."

John is also investigating another disturbing story of 11 women's bodies found buried in New Mexico, spread out around approximately 100 acres, which he calls "the largest crime scene in American history." The remains of the victims -- including a first-trimester fetus with a pregnant woman -- may be the work of a lone serial killer. They were found at a construction site near Albuquerque in February, and there may be up to five more known missing persons connected to the killer. That investigation airs Saturday night on "America's Most Wanted" on FOX.

"[This person] is very much like the Craigslist killer," says John. "Women who came to meet this man, or he picked them up somewhere in Albuquerque and he buried them in the desert. It's a big, big mystery and we need to catch that guy."
