For Federal Agencies
GU-EHLS students offer:
Our program offers many opportunities for federal agencies, government contractors, and non-profit organizations to meet and work with potential job candidates.

Research Projects:
Our program requires students to develop research projects to be presented to federal agencies. As a supervisor of such a project, you would arrange to work with the student researcher in person, by phone, or via email on a regular basis to consult about the topic of study and the research sources.
The research tasks involve non-classified material. For example:
Georgetown instructors are available to assist the student in addressing language-related questions to ensure production of high quality work that is consistent with your needs. The student’s research work is unpaid and can be completed on the Georgetown University campus.
Georgetown-EHLS students have produced research reports for the Defense Intelligence Agency, and this fruitful partnership is described in the DIA Communique in "The World Comes to DIA's Doorstep."
Site visits and Guest lectures:
An important aspect of our program is the emphasis on real-world knowledge. Share your expertise with our students through site visits and guest lectures. If you work in the defense intelligence area and would be willing to host a site visit or give a guest lecture that offers insights into that field, please contact the EHLS office.

Recruitment Sessions:
At the end of our program, our students will seek to fulfill their service requirement in the federal government. If you are a recruiter for a federal agency and would like to meet with our students, please contact the EHLS office.

If you are interested in participating in any of the above opportunities, please contact the EHLS office.
