If you're sharing a computer or using a public computer, you may see an unkown username at the right-top of the page. This may happen if someone else selected the 'Remember me on this computer' option or didn't sign out. In this case, this Google Account may be open to anyone who uses the same computer. We suggest that you click the Sign Out link located in the top-right corner of the page, and then sign in with your own username and password.

If the problem persist, we suggest clearing your cache and cookies.
