The next president will hae to face the matter of Iraqi refugees, which is not only a humanitarian crisis, but a security crisis as well. Among these refugees are those who put their lives on the line for U.S. forces in Iraq. Having been branded as collaborators by anti-U.S. groups in Iraq, they face the prospect of retaliation should they return.
