  • How do make a complaint about a CBBC website?

  • Why do I need to sign in for the message boards and some games?

    We need you to sign for the message boards and some games so that we can store your game scores, progress and message board username. We do not store any more data than what we need or share your data with anyone else. If you or your parent or guardian want to know more about how the BBC uses any personal details please see online at www.bbc.co.uk/privacy. If you would like your details removed from the CBBC site please contact a CBBC Helper

  • What is Adventure Rock?

  • What is Funky Fables?

    Funky Fables gives you the chance to get your face on TV and create funny clips that you can send to your friends. Go to the Funky Fables website to find out more. If you have a more specific question about it, you might find it is answered in the Funky Fables Help section.

  • What is CBBC Mash Up?

    The CBBC Mash Up allows you to create a CBBC logo movie, like the ones you see on the CBBC Channel. Swap backgrounds, choose funny characters, whizz them around and put it all to some cool music.

    When you're done, you can play is back and send it to your friends. There are are also some events during the year where you Mash Up could get on TV! Get creating with CBBC Mash Up now.

  • A link is an internet address. By clicking on it or pasting it into a web browser, it will take you to a specific site on the internet. The CBBC Mash Up link will take you to where your completed CBBC Mash Up is stored, so you can watch it over and over again.

  • When do the CBBC Mash Up events take place and what happens?

    The CBBC Mash Up events take place throughout the year. Look out for further information on the CBBC Website and CBBC channel.

    When an event opens you can create your CBBC Mash Up using loads of new funny characters and brilliant backgrounds. You can then send it to CBBC.

  • What will happen to my CBBC Mash Up if I send it to CBBC?

    Once you send in your CBBC Mash Up, it will be added to all the other CBBC Mash Ups. CBBC will then pick out some CBBC Mash Ups. If your CBBC Mash Up is picked out, it will be shown on the CBBC Channel and put in the CBBC Mash Up gallery for everyone to see.

  • What happens if I send my CBBC Mash Up to my friend?

    Once you have created your CBBC Mash Up you can send it to your friend using their email address. They will then receive a link to your CBBC Mash Up. Once they click on the link they can watch your CBBC Mash Up. Make sure you click on the 'Send CBBC Mash Up to a friend' box to activate this option.

    If you'd like to share your Mash Up with a friend complete the details and press 'send'. You must ask your friend's permission before you send the email.

  • Why isn't my CBBC Mash Up in the gallery or on TV?

    CBBC Mash Up's are only selected for TV and the CBBC Mash Up Gallery after an event has happened. As there are so many CBBC Mash Up's sent in not all of them can be used.

  • How do I download a screensaver or wallpaper?

    You can find help on how to download a screensaver in the screensaver help section in technical help.

  • How do I send in my idea for a website?

    You should try and develop your idea as far as possible and include a clear understanding of the exact target age group, why you think your idea will appeal to them and the unique qualities it has to offer that other children's websites are lacking. You can then send it to:

  • How do I send in a picture I have drawn?

    There are currently no galleries open on the CBBC website to send in your pictures from home.

    However, you can still get creative and have the chance of getting your work displayed in the Adventure Rock gallery by visiting the Adventure Rock studios or by creating a Zook for the BAMZOOKI gallery.

    The SMart gallery is not currently open.

  • How do I apply for work experience?

    All work experience at the BBC has to be arranged centrally. You can get more information on work experience placements by visiting BBC Work Experience.
