Enriching student learning
Georgetown College is motivated by an overarching concern with deepening students' learning experiences. As such, the College is constantly looking for new and innovative ways in which it can evaluate and ultimately improve faulty teaching methods and student learning experiences.

The Ignatius Seminars
Pioneered by Dean Jane McAuliffe, the Ignatius Seminars seek to cultivate the Ignatian ideal of cura personalis. These courses, designed uniquely for first-year students, focus not only on conveying information and intellectual content, but also on building a home for wisdom and enriching all dimensions of our students' lives.

The College Curriculum Renewal Project
The College Curriculum Renewal Project (CCRP) is an ongoing effort of the College to foster curricular renewal and innovation. CCRP attempts to harness a variety of faculty and departmental interests in curricular questions. Those interests originate from questions about pedagogical effectiveness, curricular objectives, and effective use of faculty resources.
