If a user wishes to subscribe to any of our email bulletins, we ask for some basic demographic information. The client authorizes the International Herald Tribune to collect and store in an electronic form the personal data required for the clients database.

The client agrees to the transfer the client personal data to the United States to be stored and processed by The New York Times in a database gathering all clients and prospects information.

The International Herald Tribune ascertains that the collection and storage of this information will be undertaken in compliance with all applicable French and European Union regulations regarding personal data protection.

The client acknowledges having been informed, in accordance with Articles 38, 39 and 40 of Law 78.17, 06/01/1978, as amended, of the possibility to gain access to their personal information and to make corrections if necessary.
