Proper Use. You shall not, shall not agree to, and shall not authorize or encourage any third party to remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on Google Talk, including those of Global IP Solutions, Inc. or other third party licensors, from whom Google has licensed certain audio software used in Google Talk.
