The home network of the Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins, NESN led all Boston television stations in prime-time ratings 67 nights in 2005.

In addition to the Red Sox and Bruins, NESN is home to ACC sports including Boston College Basketball.  NESN lists Hockey East as a partner, featuring Friday Night Ice.

NESN covers New England teams better than any other network with NESN SportsDesk, the market's leading sports news program, which airs a total of six hours per day.

In February, NESN moved into a new, all-HD facility, and plans to expand locally-produced programming with several original programs planned for 2006.
