Phase 1 (Package 2) - Stations
Public Procurement of Stations (Build only) includes maintenance for 2 years. SRO and its Consultants shall prepare the Concept Design and Detail Design and prepare Tender Documents for the work (in accordance with this RFP) and issue Tender Documents to the pre-qualified bidders. The construction of stations will commence tentatively by June 2009. Stations work shall includes but are not limited to electrical, mechanical, structures, communications, ticketing, fire protection, lifts and escalators and power supply etc. The stations at Makkah and Madinah shall be exceptional, iconic landmark buildings.
