Leader Addresses General People's Congress, Raises Important Issues
The Leader of the Revolution Thursday took part in the General People's Congress gathering and addressed the Congress saying that he made the intervention with the aim to strengthen people's authority and power.

Changes in the General People's Congress' Secretariat
The General People's Congress (GPC), the highest legislative authority in Libya, reshuffled its secretariat with the appointment of Mohamed Aboulghasem Al-Zwai, a former Secretary of Justice and former ambassador to Britain and Morocco, as secretary to take over from Imbarak Al-Shamikh.
