Love the template … When will the update be available? Is it possible to sale indie music / instructional video with a template almost like iTune .. Genre – artist – title – song – length of media – rating – download button – price?

@gluegl

what update are you refering to? The theme has been already updated on April 25th as you can see above.

Regarding your question on selling your music.

Do you mean that you’d like to have your product items be searchable by Genre, artist, song title, price etc?

Thanks for the great file! I’m having some trouble, I think with the permalinks, though I’m not sure. What’s happening is this: When I click on the “add to cart” button on any page other that the main view of the item, (the one with the comments, sample, etc), I get the error 404 page. This is happening on the “feature” section of the home page, as well as all of the other small views that appear before I click though to the main page as described above. I have checked with my hosting company, and I do have mod-rewrite enabled. Do you have any ideas?

Hey Sarah – I just wanted to let you (and everyone else) know how blown away I am by your work. Not only is this theme quite literally the best wp e-commerce solution I’ve ever seen – but you continually amaze me and my team with your support.

I hope everyone considering the eGoods theme reads this – It’s rare to be impressed with service anymore, and when you come across someone who takes customer service seriously, you need to stick with them.

We’re BIG fans.

Since the items are created by posts would I also be able to have a standard blog under this theme?

Posted about 1 month ago

@ilovedesign you can but you’ll need to add the functionality. What I mean is as the shop is using the category.php and single.php you’ll need to create a category and single templates that will handle the blog side of the site

If you need more details let me know

Can i add the normal blog feature without messing up the e-commerce side of the theme?

@keshding please see my answer above your question

Hi This theme looks good. Does this theme use the wp-ecommerce plugin? Or is the sopping cart functionality built into the theme?

Posted 2 days ago

none of our ecommerce themes depend on a plugin for the ecommerce functionality.

The shopping cart is our own solution and therefore build in.
