I have released a free version of this theme over at Smashing Magazine.

Please note that this version has unique features that the free version does NOT have. Read all about it here

Additionally the free version comes unsupported.

All TF buyers get first class support by me and a theme that has many more features and capabilities compared to the free version on Smashing Magazine.

Both the TF Site manager and the Smashing Magazine guys know about the existense of the 2 versions and have approved their appearance on their respective sites.

Many possible situations have been thought through to make the use of the theme as flexible as possible. Of course we have by no means exhausted all possibilities so as you use the theme feel free to suggest the addition of more options in the comments below

So what are some of the possibilities we created for you?

When you first activate and set up the theme Wordpress will display your latest posts on the frontpage.

But what if you like to have a Static Front Page with a Featured Area up on top, the latest multimedia posts below and it’s own independent widget ready areas?

And what if you want to maintain a regular blog in addition to your multimedia categories?

What if, you’d like to display the latest blog post/s on your newly created Static Front Page and what is more, what if you’d like to be able to customise this even further deciding how many of your latest blog posts to show and which specific Blog category to pull them out from?

How about passing your custom settings to your main site navigation (eg. what to include, exclude, how to sort your page menu links)?

Well, you can have all that and much more with the MultiMedia Reloaded Theme.

I don’t know if you had the chance to check the feaures on the link I provided but there I mention and I quote

“Easy media embed method – with custom shortcodes in the post content area or use a media plugin of your choice. I have tested the Flash Video Player Plugin for WordPress.”

Then you have to make adjustments in the css to accomodate this.

You may have to reduce the number of elements in the featured area as well. Such as the “share” icons may have to go, or they stay and the title with the teaser goes.

What do you define standard? You don’t have to upload videos if you don’t want to.

Posts with galleries will show as you see in the theme and blog posts with images well you can also see how they are handled in the demo.

If you need the logo bigger this is fine some adjustments will need to be made in the css but nothing major. I can easily help you out there with the css-I do it for customers all the time as part of my free support

I cannot find anywhere any code on how to embed the player in the theme. Can you please send me an email with the code you tried to paste earlier? Use my profile account contact form here on TF or my website contact form.

That said usually you can add any html/php/css code to the theme and it will work just fine as your question really is not about whether some code works with a particular theme but rather does the code work with WordPress.

Will WordPress know what to do with the code added and the answer is most times yes

Renato, I just checked on http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_in_Your_Language and do I understand right that you have only upto 2.6.5 in Brazilian Portuguese? If so I have only tested the theme on 2.8.4 so I cannot promise the theme will work for you

Like I said the archive template is included so when you add an archive widget for example by month or year you will get the archive index you are talking about. If you mean something different I can always help out creating one

The link takes me to the front page.

In any case, tags appear in the sidebar. Pages appear in the header.

If you want to mix things this will have to be custom coded

@protonepedals if you can wait when this is anyway done for the theme then you won’t have to pay anything.

If you are in a hury then yes.

However, like I have already said above- I will only have the time for something like this after “The Clothes Shop” is released
