Our work in Angola

The BBC World Service Trust has focused on health, governance and human rights in Angola. We have worked with a wide range of partners to prevent the spread of HIV and AIDS. We also worked with the Angolan media to help them prepare for the 2008 national elections. More about our work in Angola

    Teste Viju (radio quiz show)

    In August 2006, we began working with the Angolan Ministry of Youth and Sports, UNICEF and the state broadcaster, Radio Nacional Angola (RNA) to produce and broadcast ‘Teste Viju', a radio quiz show and six music tracks designed to raise awareness of HIV and AIDS among 15-24 year olds.  Read more
