Delivered-to-your-door newspapers are in a downward spiral, and most have slashed their local news staff. But an Arlington-based company recently announced plans to launch a local news Website to compete with the Washington Post and other outlets. We'll talk about that development with Erik Wemple, who's leaving his post at the Washington City Paper to edit the new site.
