Student Life
The School of Continuing Studies has a diverse student body spanning different degree and certificate programs. To develop a sense of community from such a unique student population, the School has developed several traditional and nontraditional platforms — and is in the process of developing many more — that will allow everyone a voice in shaping the student experience both within a particular field of study and across the School.
In Development
The Student Council will include one student representative from each degree-seeking program. The Council will help to provide opportunities for a wide range of students seeking to enrich their intellectual lives, further their careers, and enhance their professional qualifications.
Each program will develop a formal student organization that will work with staff and faculty to offer events and services unique to their field of study and to enhance the academic, social and professional experience. Students interested in learning more should contact Director of Student Affairs Patrick Brennan.

Office of International Programs
The Office of International Programs supports more than 2,000 individuals from more than 130 foreign countries who study, research and teach at Georgetown.
