Join the Stewardship Team as well as your fellow Westwood members and friends in a meal to celebrate our stewardship of Westwood! Our resident chefs Miguel, Manfred and Dean will once again prepare an outstanding meal for all of us! The meal will replace April's Second Sunday potluck after the service on 11 April.
It would be much appreciated if you could bring your own plates and cutlery.
Newcomers' Orientation to Westwood
Pathways to Spiritual Community, an orientation program for newcomers, will give you
a good sense about what defines & is unique about UU & Westwood.
Sara McEwan will host the program on Sunday 18 April 2010, noon to 3 pm (following the worship service).

Mission, Principles and Goals
By congregational vote on 28 February 2010, Westwood has passed a new version of our Mission, principles and goals. The statements have been posted on the Mission & Vision page!
Social Justice and the Greater Edmonton Alliance
At Westwood's Annual Meeting, the Social Justice committee will be bringing a recommendation to the congregation that we join the Greater Edmonton Alliance. It will be your decision. We want the decision to be an informed one so after each Sunday morning service during April and May, members of the committee will make themselves available to answer questions and give information. Also check the newsletters since September for articles about GEA.
