KeyBridge provides professional technical services to Georgetown University clients on a contract basis.  There are two main categories of services that we provide - web design and development, and system implementation and integration.

Web design and development
Our web services include professional graphic design and application development to help you administer your site, interact with your online visitors and present complex information in a fresh and comprehensive manner. And because we’re a part of University Information Services, we can help you integrate your site with other university services. Integration and Implementation Services
Our services in this area include conducting needs analyses to help you prepare for purchase or development of a major administrative system.  Our consultation services will also see you through the RFP process when we'll help you develop documentation, identify potential vendor partners and select the ideal product for your needs.  We also guide you through implementing the system within the Georgetown network and server architecture, ensuring that it complies with security requirements and takes advantage of the core tools in place here at Georgetown.  We help vendors adapt products to centralized NetID authentication and integrate the system with core business systems such as SIS or Blackboard as necessary.  And finally we are active in making sure that you have the ongoing support that you need - whether from the vendor, UIS or internal specially trained staff.
