Hello, I posted this questiona already but i got no respons.Maybe i made an error.

I use wordpress.

Until recently Google picked my images from my post so it displayed in Google News. I dont know why, but suddenly it disappeared.

How can i achieve that Google takes again my images from my news articles.

I place the images in [caption]

[caption id=.......<img class="size-full wp-image-6037" title="......" src=".........jpg" alt="...." width="75" height="100" />[/caption]

My site is http://www.dekritischebelegger.nl/

Thanks in advance

Hi,

I saw your other thread as well, but sincerely I have absolutely no idea why the images aren't making their way to Google News.
A wild guess maybe: when did you last modify your robots.txt?

Hello, thanks for your reply. I havent changed robot.txt since Januari the 30th of this year.

I have allowed the images to crawl:

OK, then would you do a test, please?
When you have something to write about, could you include a relatively large image in your post? Currently you include images which are approx. 100x100  pixels in size, would you mind include a, say 250x500 px image?

Too bad, that was my best idea...

Could you list what layout and HTML changes you made to the website right before the images stopped to show up?

I dont know anymore what caused the change.

Strangely sometimes the images show up, but mostly not. I would like to PM you if it is possible.

Hmm, I got no message from you, i think. I answer all the message I receive, so I'm quite sure I didn't get from you.

Please allow Googlebot-Image and Googlebot-news to access the following subdirectory: /wp-content

Yeah, go it now, but I think it would be more productive to continue here.
Again, please allow Googlebot-Image and Googlebot-news to access the following subdirectory: /wp-content.
The robots.txt snippet would look like this:

User-agent: Googlebot-Image
Allow: /wp-content
User-agent: Googlebot-news
Allow: /wp-content

I suspect letting Googlebot-news alone would suffice but I'm unsure about it.

OK, I checked with somebody at Google...
I know I already asked this, but please try to post again an article with a really big image, way bigger than this, for example: http://www.dekritischebelegger.nl/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/Willem-Middelkoop-150x150.jpg

Say, get an image which is, i don't know, 400*400 in size or similar.
